What Sightify does

Sightify asks AI assistants the questions your customers ask, reads the answers, and gives you a visibility score and a list of suggested fixes. Starter asks ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude. Growth adds Gemini.

Your account

You sign in with Google, Microsoft or a link sent to your email. Keep access to that account safe: what happens under it is your responsibility. You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for yourself or for your business.

Free reports and trials

A free report needs no account. Every new account gets 7 days of the Growth plan with no card. When the trial ends, weekly reports stop until you choose a plan.

Plans and billing

The plans, their limits and their prices are on the pricing section of our home page. Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel.

• Payments in US dollars are handled by Polar, which is the seller of record for those payments and may add sales tax.
• Payments in Indian rupees are handled by Razorpay, are billed monthly and include 18% GST.

If we change a price, we will tell you by email before your next renewal at the new price.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the Plans page in the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and is not renewed after that.

We do not refund part-used periods, except where the law requires it. If you were charged by mistake, or a paid period produced no reports because of a fault on our side, email [email protected] within 14 days and we will put it right with a refund or a credit.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• use Sightify to break the law or to harass or mislead other people;
• try to get around plan limits, the bot check or anyone else's access;
• scrape, resell or copy the service, other than sharing your reports with your team and clients.

We may suspend an account that does any of these, and will tell you why.

Your data and your reports

What you give us, such as your domain, questions and competitors, stays yours. You allow us to use it to run the service, which includes sending your questions to the AI providers listed in our privacy policy. Your reports are yours to use. A share link can be opened by anyone who has it.

AI answers can be wrong

Reports describe what AI assistants said when we asked, and those answers vary from run to run. They may be inaccurate. Our suggestions are suggestions: we do not promise that any AI assistant will mention or recommend you. Sightify is not affiliated with OpenAI, Google, Perplexity or Anthropic.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Sightify running, but it is provided as it is, and an AI provider being down can leave a report partial. We may change or remove features as the product develops, and will give you notice of any change that takes away something you pay for.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

Ending your use

You can stop using Sightify at any time. To have your account deleted, email [email protected]. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. For a change that matters, we will also email account holders before it takes effect.
